Wings Beachwear leased 6,900 square feet at Ocean Place, a specialty retail center located in downtown Oceanside, CA. The retailer will occupy a prime position at the 80,000-square-foot center that’s anchored by a 16-Plex Regal Cinema.

The neighborhood shopping center, which features a mix of popular restaurant operators and other retailers, is at 401 to 409 Mission Ave. and is owned by Ocean Place Retail VII LLC.

Cibrano Realty’s Nancy Cibrano represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Chad Iafrate, Phil Lyons, and Bruce Schiff represented the landlord.

Iafrate said, “Ocean Place is positioned in a superior retail location just a few blocks from the ocean, and caters to both local residents as well as a strong tourist customer base.”
