JLL has brokered the $9.5 million sale of 8 Roessler Rd., a 63,000-square-foot, high-bay warehouse facility in Woburn, MA. The facility is currently fully leased.
Benjamin Roopenian, Michael Ciummei and Joe Fabiano of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was Oliver Street Capital.
“High-bay warehouse facilities like 8 Roessler Road, have become highly coveted assets for investors looking to capitalize on ecommerce-driven shifts in consumer behavior,” said Roopenian. “This deal speaks to the high desirability of well-located industrial property in Greater Boston.”
