Women in Real Estate 2019: Partner Engineering’s Summer Gell Speaks Softly, Accomplishes a Great Deal

Working from Partner’s Dallas office, Partner Engineering and Science’s Summer Gell heads up the company’s Gulf region as a Principal. Her goal? To leverage more than 25 years of experience, knowledge and background to provide solutions to clients’ environmental and engineering due diligence requirements.

During her 11-year career with Partner, Gell has overseen and trained the majority of senior staff working from the company’s regional Gulf offices; she also streamlined Partner’s recent acquisition of Florida-based Industrial from CEO Advisors. Under her direction, Partner’s wetlands efforts have grown to a burgeoning practice in several states. Through these activities and others, Gell has achieved the distinction of reaching number one in sales at Partner, three years in a row.

As one of the most successful executives in the commercial real estate due diligence industry, she achieves results through an agreeable approach and humility; her motto is “speak softly, but carry a big stick.” The approach has garnered her recognition and respect from clients and peers alike.

Gell gives back to the community both by submitting thought leadership pieces to top-tier industry publications, and by interacting, in person, at industry conferences. She also takes a hands-on community service approach; one of her community endeavors involves on-site builds with Habitat for Humanity, while another is volunteering with the Young Men’s Service League. She also is a member of CREW Dallas and Charlotte, and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Her experience, success and industry dedication is why Summer Gell has been honored as one of Connect Media’s 2019 Women in Real Estate.
