Susan Hill began her career in commercial real estate in 1987 as a receptionist at Holiday Fenoglio Folwer (HFF). Since then, she has closed $8.5 billion in transactions throughout the U.S., becoming one of the most productive brokers in HFF’s history.
As a senior managing director, Hill is primarily responsible for the placement of debt and equity for commercial real estate transactions. Houston Business Journal called her the Queen of Commercial Real Estate, and has included her in its lists of real estate leaders year after year.
Her huge volume of closed transactions is just one of the reasons we chose Hill to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners for Texas. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of those women who’ve reached respected positions of leadership, and play key mentorship roles for others in commercial real estate.
Hill has been a member of CREW Network for more than 15 years, and has twice been a local Chapter President, as well as Network President. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as an officer with NAIOP Houston.
