Hanson Asset Management continues adding industrial space to the El Paso market, having broken ground on Hanson Spec Building B at 9581 Joe Rodriguez Dr. The 125,646-square-foot speculative building will be available for lease in July 2019. CBRE’s Arturo De la Mora and Christian Perez Giese are handling marketing and leasing activities for the space.
The building will be one block from the Zaragoza International Bridge on Loop 375. Two adjacent facilities are planned for future expansion requirements.
“Hanson Asset Management has seen tremendous success in its first spec development, giving them the confidence to continue building industrial spec space for the El Paso market,” De la Mora said. Pilot Freight Services recently leased 87,726 square feet at Hanson Asset Management’s property at 445 Pan American Dr., bringing that building to 100% occupancy.
