Co-working space provider WorkSuites will soon open its 14th and 15th Dallas-Fort Worth locations after leasing almost 50,000 square feet of space, split among two properties.
WorkSuites, formerly Meridian Business Centers, leased 26,685 square feet at Legacy Place II at 5700 Tennyson in Plano, and will open for customers on Feb. 15. John Pelletier and Greg Burns of ESRP represented WorkSuites; Ward Eastman and Trey Smith of Cushman Wakefield represented Legacy Place II.
The company also leased 22,954 square feet at 2626 Cole in Uptown Dallas, which will be WorkSuites’ third Uptown location. Pelletier and Burns again represented WorkSuites; Ahnie Sheehy of JLL represented 2626 Cole. Opening day was not announced.
“These spaces will reflect our new brand. The new look and feel, technological enhancements and expanded menu of flexible office solutions have all been designed after listening to the needs of our entrepreneurs and corporate clients,” WorkSuites CEO Flip Howard said. “The demand for all types of flexible workspace is growing exponentially, and we are excited to bring our brand of private, productive, professional offices to new locations.”
