WPC Breaks Ground on Stone Ridge Medical Center in Dulles, VA

Washington Property Company (WPC) commenced construction on the $21-million Stone Ridge Medical Center, a new 67,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical office building in Dulles, VA. The facility is adjacent to the recently-opened HCA StoneSprings Medical Center hospital, and will serve the burgeoning population of Loudoun County, about 30 miles west of Washington, DC.

Two medical care providers and a pharmacy have pre-leased space at Stone Ridge Medical Center, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018. WPC signed leases with Virginia Pediatric Group (4,500 square feet), Jackson Clinics (3,000 square feet), and Royal Care Pharmacy (1,500 square feet).

Located near Route 50 and Stone Springs Boulevard, the three-story medical office building will feature a dedicated specimen room and ample surface parking, along with floorplates and ceiling heights that are ideal for medical office use. WPC acquired the 8.4-acre development site in October of 2016 from Van Metre Homes.
