Wrist USA, a general ship provider, negotiated a renewal for 68,833 square feet of an industrial building located at East Belt Business Park in the Houston suburb of Pasadena.
The Morgan Stanley-owned space, situated at 1485 East Sam Houston Parkway, is part of an 118,000-square-foot Class A warehouse building. JLL’s Travis Secor and Ryan Fuselier represented Wrist USA. Fuselier noted the company had thoughtfully and comprehensively evaluated possible locations.
“After an extensive search, the company determined this location continues to be optimal for serving new and existing customers,” he said.
CBRE’s Faron Wiley negotiated on behalf of the owner.
